2.- WFC When capacity is set at 660 spectators, then we require proof of ONE Vaccination for spectators. Skaters, Coaches, Staff and Volunteers are exempt from needing to show proof of vaccination. If teams keep the capacity to under 50 spectators then no need for vaccine passport applies. There is room for 30 players, that have never played minor hockey before, between the ages of 6-10.
