I had an appointment scheduled; upon arrival, had to call to let them know I arrived. No answer. I walked in and the place was deserted, and suddenly someone came out and made me feel like I was trespassing. I was made to wait 20 minutes in the hallway, with no seating area; I had to sit on the floor after a while.

I tried to make an appointment and the secretary was very unprofessional in the way she was talking to me. I had to cancel for a serious family emergency, when I told her she decided to hang up on me. I was going to reschedule but she wanted nothing to do with that. if you want your place of business to work I suggest a better secretary.

I recently had a large benign lump removed from my abdomen with Dr Zelt. I did my research beforehand and I am glad I did. Dr Zelt is really the best plastic surgeon in Montreal. The procedure went perfectly. I highly recommend him to anyone considering a medically necessary or cosmetic procedure with a plastic surgeon.
