One of their technicians, Steve, was very friendly and professional and was very informative with our fridge repair. After fixing the initial issue with our fridge and finding out there was still moisture trapped in one of the lines, he took time out of his days to fit us in to his schedule in order to to get our fridge working again as soon as possible.

Was given this company by the Wolf headquarters because we were looking for someone to service our Wolf range. Lady (man?) on the phone was very unfriendly, not helpful at all and after asking us for a bunch on information told us they don't drive out to where we live. Told us to get someone from Calgary (even though Lethbridge is closer).
Will NEVER recommend or use this company. Need to get a friendlier and more helpful person on the phone and maybe consider expanding their service area. I was willing to pay for them to come out. Their loss, someone elses gain.

Rons appliance was awesome.
Our washer died a year and some into owning it. And to no fault of Rons the washer company sent the wrong part and her part was on back order , which meant we would’ve been months without a washer. They went above and Beyond To accommodate us. Including helping me on personal time. Which is amazing and shows how much they care about there customers. This is hard to find in any service company I truly appreciate everything they did for us and highly recommend using them for all your repair services. Thanks again for taking care of us.

$105 for them to spend a few minutes looking at my dishwasher (when they were already in the area) and then telling me it wasn't worth repairing. Then a mix-up with my payment, resulting in them sending repeat bills after I had already paid. It took multiple attempts to get through their admin to clarify the situation and I wasted a lot of time trying to get ahold of them, before finally being told "we took down your credit card number, but it's just written on this paper, we forgot to process it." No apologies at all, and no response to an email expressing my concerns. Guess

BRUTAL....Tech came over sat on the floor for 30 minutes looking at dishwasher and said he has no idea and will have to come back. Said he would call in a couple days and two weeks later they finally called back..Too late as we had made other arrangements and then they send a $100 bill for their tech to sit on his butt and have no idea.

DO NOT use this company for appliance repairs. They have hidden costs. Initially when I called it was $100 for an hour of labour. Guy came and worked on the appliance for 45 minutes and the price was $125 for labour. I went and complained and all of the sudden it's $100 for a half hour and $25 for every 15 minutes after that. Another thing; the appointment was from 12:00pm to 3:00pm and the guy didn't even show up until 4:00pm. So there was hidden costs and they were an hour late. Unimpressed. Service on the other hand was sufficient.

We used Ron's Appliance many years ago and were satisfied beyond expectations. So when I needed my dishwasher repaired under warranty and heard Ron's Appliance was coming I was happy.
Well, guess what. Service sure isn't what it used to be.
First of, when you phone you get answering machine but can't leave message. You just have to keep on trying to you finally get someone on the line. Not too big of a deal if you yourself aren't busy.
After initial service call a motor needed to be ordered. Today he came back with a new motor. While installing the motor he kept complaining about issues as if
