I've used other companies to ship my tile materials for my company, and I've had issues with getting damaged tiles delivered. Now I use Sea to Sky Courier only, and I've been so happy. Not only are they extremely fast, careful and reliable, their prices are excellent as well.

They could follow through in calling back their customers when they have a question about their parcel being delivered. He told me according to his records it had been received BUT he had emailed them and they hadn't responded. *no indication he was going to help me further*In the midst of this transaction I found the person in charge VERY rude… to me. I explained to him why it was important to me to know if it had been delivered. In a curt tone he said "EVERYTHING IS IMPORTANT TO US." then promptly hung up the phone. *it's ironic that he said this to me as the way he came across was that
