Wow, what a great first time experience with Advanced. Vince and Wayne were the ultimate professionals, real care was taken during the installation of storm door and interior door. They shared information about the install prior to getting to work. Highly recommend Advanced for door and window needs. From the initial meeting with Mark to the handing of the keys for new door from Wayne and Vince we couldn’t be any happier, clean up was incredible. Excited, impressed great experience. Thanks team.

We had our front door redesigned and replaced by Advanced and could not be happier! Mark was fantastic with helping us chose the design and explaining all the fine details with the layout. The finished product looks fantastic and we have gotten a lot of compliments already. We even have neighbours with similar homes asking us for more information.

We were so impressed with the attention to detail that John & Mike gave the installation of our patio door. Salesman Glenn made sure we were happy from the start of the ordering through the install. Glen is super knowledgeable, kind, courteous and not pushy when he came out to give us a quote. Trevor and Carson are top-notch installers!! Again, super knowledgeable, kind, and courteous. Had windows installed at my home today by two very professional installers (Vince & Jack). They were prompt, knowledgeable & courteous. They worked as a team and the job was completed without issue. Before they left, I was shown how to open/tilt the double hung windows for cleaning purposes in the future, how to remove the screens for cleaning, etc. They made sure the area where they worked was left clean. A beautiful job - love the windows! I would definitely recommend Advanced Home Services.

What a great experience working with the entire Advanced Home Services Team. We were impressed with them the first time we made some changes to our home with a new door and a few windows. Right from the beginning with Glen providing us with his knowledge and expertise to Trevor and his team installing our new windows, it has been a great experience and I love the results. The installation crew is hardworking, diligent, efficient and very courteous. Even with this ridiculously cold and snowy weather the last couple of days, they pushed through and completed the job in a timely manner. We recently had Advanced come back to our house to install 3 bedroom windows & an office window. Glen helped guide us in deciding what type of windows to choose. We already notice a huge difference in air flow with our bedroom window by going with his recommendation instead of the style we had originally. I had replacement windows installed 20 years ago and I dealt with Glen (stand up great guy) and Wayne (great guy as well) installed them. 20 years later when my daughter needed windows we dealt with Glen and Wayne installed them again. That’s when you know that you are dealing with a great… company. Workers that stick around that long is priceless.
Then when my daughter didn’t want to put up her old blinds because she didn’t want holes in the trim, Wayne showed us how to cut them down.
