I bought my home a year and a half ago and it had an old alarm in it that we never set or had monitored. We had no information on the unit and never bothered with it but suddenly this morning the alarm started… going off for no reason and I had no way of shutting it off as I had no way of doing so. Found a telephone number for Kamloops Alarm on my front door and phoned them in a panic! Incredibly helpful folks here and would highly recommend them - I will most definitely be using them if I do get another alarm system - they didn't need to help me but were very gracious and helpful!
