Monica was a planner for a wedding I photographed, and everything could not have been more perfect and organized. The day was on time and stress free. She's very easy to work with and I highly recommend her to any couples who are on the fence about hiring a wedding planner. DO IT! You'll be so glad you did!

Monica went above and beyond for our wedding. We can't recommend her enough. From doing all the set up and take down. Dealing with all our vendors on the day of the wedding. Monica made the day go by so easily. She is always professional and well prepared in all our meetings leading up to the wedding.

Monica is wonderful at what she does! On our wedding day, everything went unbelievably smooth. She and Hannah (her assistant) were running around all day to make sure things were in order and no one even noticed, and that's the beauty of it! She makes sure that you and your guests have a great time, all the while staying low key and in the… background. She aligned all the vendors and made great decisions. If I had to do it again, I would hire her full time instead of just as day of coordinator. She is so amazing to work with and I honestly can't imagine getting married without her!

I cannot say enough good things about Monica. She did the month-of coordination for our wedding, and without her, I'm pretty sure I would have gone completely insane.
I'm mostly aware of what she did before the day - confirming vendors, coordinating who would go where when, setting up our timeline (invaluable!!!) - but I honestly couldn't tell you everything she did on the day. That's because I was just wandering blissfully around while she handled everything behind the scenes. As far as I knew, everything was just magically perfect.

I'm a pretty organized person so jared and I weren't 100% sure that having a week-of wedding coordinator would be worth our money, but we decided to go with Monica to alleviate some of the stress on our family and bridal party on our wedding day so they could enjoy it without having to run around and help with last minute things. As the week before our wedding came, Monica became invaluable- keeping us on track, getting the itinerary made and changed countless times, and coordinating with all of the vendors. She drive around the city to do various pick-ups and drop-offs for us which I don't know

I am so grateful to have Magical Monica in my life!!!! She recently took the reins on planning a styled shoot for my team and absolutely killed it !! My husband and I would not hesitate to recommend Monica. Monica was highly organized and engaged from the first meeting, and she was always flexible. Monica thinks of every last detail which adds to a very organized, calm, efficient wedding. In the midst of chaos, Monica maintains a wonderful smile and personality and makes it all look easy. I appreciated the attention to budget and invoices were provided immediately for payment. Monica provides several options at various price points and actively looks to see if she can get you a better deal. I would highly recommend Monica as a wedding planner for any size wedding. We had several complex components including a helicopter and three days of catered events that Monica pulled off seamlessly.
