Learn how to treat you customers with respect and treat them the way you would if your loved one passed away. How unprofessional to make things worse for grieving families! Highly recommend to go somewhere else. Not a good experience while saying goodbye!

We just had a cremation done here. They were prompt, courteous, businesslike and did everything expected. While they did not give us an emotinally supportive funeral-home experience, we neither paid the fees for that nor expected it. They explained the entire process and were great to deal with.

I contacted Simply Cremations weeks before needed to discuss options. When needed last week, the service was first-rate all the way though. Staff were polite and courteous and costs exactly as listed. Polite, fair and reasonably priced. Thanks to all.

After reading the negative reviews, I am quite shocked. Our experience was nothing less than positive during the difficult time during of our mothers passing. They were very accommodating and kind. Operating a service such as this must be incredibly difficult - to be surrounded by death constantly. It was affordable and they accommodated our request for a service outside of their regular hours.

Handled my order respectively and promptly. they have a great selection of urns to choose from and prices are fairly reasonable. This Helps me to find peace and to try to move forward from the tragic loss of my father . Thank you

After reading the previous 2 reviews I can whole-heartily tell you that we too experienced the same pain and humility due to this business that should not be allowed to continue operate.
When my brothers wife and I showed up for an appointment, we were both shocked to learn that they had already had my brother at their location before any documentation was even signed. This was of course after the fact that we did not even receive a simple condolence for our loss. Simply Cremations was a excellent choice for our family. To have them take care of our Mother. Ashley was very professional and caring. She was not pushy with sales. I just wanted you to know that I did not find this experience at all professional. As one who is in the nursing profession we should have been greeted, discussed our feelings a bit and treated with empathy and caring. I found we were herded into a small office and it was all business. As a nurse I would have extended my condolences, talked a bit about the situation and spent some time with my clients and at least acted like I cared.
