MASSIVELY overpriced furniture. If you do some quick searching online you'll find many items in here available online for 20% less (or more) than they'll charge you.
Also as other reviewers have noted, the delivery times for us and apparently many others are way longer than quoted.
Kind of strange that some other reviewers are posting 5 stars and talking specifically about the commonly reported negative things on Yelp not happening to them.
I'd do your research on this place and take the glowing reviews with a grain of salt. Questionable practices here and there are just too

It's easy to give a positive review when everything goes smoothly and there are no issues. But, it's when something goes wrong and the store goes out of their way to fix it that they're meaningful. My bar cabinet arrived damaged due to the manufacture's packaging for shipping, after a quick call to F2 they had me take a few pictures of the damage and that was it. They took care of everything, no questions asked, and I didn't have to fight with them. I just had a brand new cabinet, no damages this time, delivered and the old one taken away. I will shop here again, exceptional customer service!

This place has some very cool and unique furniture. Bryan (the owner) helped us out. He was friendly and knowledgeable. We were only looking for some stools. We got 3 stools custom made in the colors we wanted. The stools arrived in a few boxes. Once unpacking we realized we had to build the stools (which seems wrong at $450 a stool). But, once built the stools are very comfy and the quality is great. We did have one cushion that was damaged from shipping. This was not F2's fault, but the process to get a replacement was painless and very easy. Bryan was so helpful from start to finish. He was

I have only good things to say about this store, love the customer service, they are not pushy, their price are good for the quality. I am really happy with the love seats I purchased. Brian has been amazing during the entire process.

A very good selection of modern furniture and accessories. We purchased a couple of chairs and an area rug from here and had an excellent experience. We were provided advice and even moved furniture in the store to see how different colors would match. After the purchase, when there was a small issue with one of the items the owner, Bryan, addressed the issue immediately and to our satisfaction. Excellent service, products and value.

I should have realized I wouldn't be impressed just based on their website. No prices shown. So I went to F2 today looking for an accent chair. There was nothing on the floor that I liked so the salesman showed me chairs on their website. I found one I liked and I asked what the price was. About 5 minutes latter the salesman came and told me it was 1390 (ish, I can't remember the exact number). I then asked to see the fabric swatch, and was told they did not have any for this manufacturer. So, they don't have the chair on the floor, or fabric swatches, really, do you expect people

Sold me a chair set (on sale) for over $700 and upon delivery, they realized the sale was meant for a different (cheaper) set. Instead of owning their mistake they tried to convince me to take the cheaper set or pay FULL PRICE (another $700) for the chairs I HAD ALREADY PAID FOR. Because the product was not in my possession, I had no choice but to cancel my transaction and walk out of the store. Beware.

My wife and I originally stopped into this store to try out the Endy mattress. We were helped by Peter and ended up buying a different mattress that better suited us. The staff was extremely helpful and the owner Brian is also great. They carry amazing pieces, well built furniture and very reasonable pricing for the quality. I would highly recommend anyone looking for modern unique furniture to check out this place. The staff are super friendly and very helpful to ensure the product aligns with your needs. We ordered the Remi chair the beginning of November and was told we'd have it before Christmas. A few days later they called to say the fabric I ordered was out of stock and that if I wanted that particular fabric I may not get the chair until after Christmas. I'm the patient sort and let them know I was willing to wait. Imagine my surprise when I got the call to let me know the chair was ready to be delivered the first week of December! Great service from people on the floor right to the delivery guys. And the chair is fantastic!

Staff is attentive but has limited knowledge of their selection. They referred me to look at a catalog and other websites of brands that they carry. After I make my selection, I was told to come back to order. The store does have parking and the pieces of furniture they had for display on the floor consisted of mostly modern and contemporary pieces. The prices were in line with higher end furniture shops and there didn't seem to be much room for discounts or sales. I would recommend looking on their website and calling to make sure the piece you want to see is there before going.

Fantastic service and very good people skills. The staff are all polite and were helpful from the moment of entry and are not judgmental based on looks and age, unlike other stores I had been too. As well, F2 went above and beyond by allowing me to bring home floor pieces to check sizing in my condo, which ultimately lead to the sale. Polite and helpful staff, and a wide array of furniture options, I plan to buy more furniture form them in the future.

After purchasing a table on Feb. 16th, and telling the sales person I would prefer not to wait 4-6 weeks for a table, I was assured it would only take that long. Now it is May 12th and I am having to cancel my order as I was estimated another 2 weeks on my "early" June delivery. You should not have a floor model on the sales floor if the supplier can not meet the demand for it. Now I've wasted months waiting on a table the never came and have to find something else. I was excited to continue to shop here but I won't be returning after being mislead and not updated on my order

Bought some furniture there about a year ago. wanted to match and buy more. sales girl said they didn't carry the stuff anymore and kept avoiding my request for the make and model. she was more concerned on trying to sell me something that could match rather than spending sometime to help find the name of the model as there's no markings on the furniture. really disappointed that the after sales service was horrible. really, you can't tell me the name of a product you sold a year ago from a picture? I buy furniture regularly for showhomes and staging houses. I won't go there

I read the reviews on Yelp, so when I went to take a look, I was EXTREMELY skeptical. My boyfriend LOVED the furniture, however, so we gave it a try.
Our saleslady was Melissa and she was absolutely amazing. We purchased a glass dining table and sectional. Once we paid the deposit, our furniture would take 4-6 weeks to arrive. After reading the reviews, I asked MULTIPLE times if it ever goes longer, if these items would take long, etc. She could not promise me that it wouldn't come later than that time, but whatever. It was done and to be honest, we were so sick of looking at furniture

Ok. Love the look of the furniture. But some of the floor models seem flimsy like they would break after a few sits.
And the prices? Well let's just say should one wish to furnish most of your condo with F2 merchandise one would need to sell a kidney on the black market ... maybe both.

The store itself is massive (it's the old Famous Players movie theatre, although I'm sure more of the original building was gutted and renovated). They had all sorts of furniture dining room table sets, beds, couches, chairs, dressers, etc, plus decorative home furnishing accessories. Most of the decor here is modern, so if that's your decor style F2 might be a good place to look around. Unlike some stores

Ordered a rather expensive couch from F2 and were told that it had to be manufactured and would be delivered in 4 to 6 weeks. After waiting 7 weeks we called and were told that they would now "special order" it to get a rush on. Huh!?!? We continued to wait and finally it arrived - well after the promised delivery date. They did waive the delivery fee after we went in to complain.

As a new home owner, I love going to this huge furniture store to check out what new stuff they have. We've been there over a dozen times and each time their friendly staff greet us. They are not pushy at all and let's us browse freely. There are not many places in Edmonton that you can find such modern furniture so I'm glad one finally arrived in the booming south-side!
This is also the only furniture store that has an art gallery that we know of. Though I haven't bought any art from them yet, its still nice to walk through. We also like how all their furniture is from

I love the new store! When I first heard about F2 it was located at the South Common location. I bought two chairs and funky sofa and was really impressed with the products and the selection. I bought the peices for my small office space and they look great. Since then I have become big fans and friends with the staff and love that the bring some new style to Edmonton. They have a new location now on Calgary Trail and it's mind blowing how much they have. My experience was great and I love the furniture!

We ended up ordering a few things from F2, and had a good experience with everything. Our chairs (via EQ2) were ordered custom, and arrived fairly quickly at a reasonable price.
I was sceptical about going to F2 - because they don't have prices on the website, I assumed it must be super expensive. This is actually not the case, and the prices are about what you would pay elsewhere (although these is some really expensive stuff). The best part about F2 is that they carry furnishings that are made in the US and Canada.

I am giving F2 only a one star. They refuse to give prices out over the phone or via their website or contact through their website. When they have such limited open hours, and wont give pricing out without you going in, makes it very discouraging and difficult. The whole phone pricing "policy" really should be changed.

Even though I personally find it distasteful, there is obviously a market for these "fakes" - but how does that make sense if you can have a beautiful European made product for a few dollars more?

This store is enormous in size (I think it occupies a space that used to be a movie theatre) and stocked with unprecedented amounts of furniture. The main floor houses everything from ergonomic aluminum chairs to media units and sofas. Everything is unique, modern and sleek (think Architectural Digest). The selection is truly dizziness-inducing. The second open-concept floor is designed much like an art gallery and is where art pieces (paintings and photographs) are located. Beautiful selection!
