Outstanding Service !! This must be hands down the #1 best dealership in Halifax and definitely Nova Scotia, Canada. Yes ! You can easily tell O'Regan's Mercedes-Benz Halifax is the pride of Atlantic Canada & I love the fact that O'Regan's Automotive was started here in NS, we are supporting Local. My Wife recently bought a new 2022 our second vehicle here in the last couple years. It is true the Sales people here make you feel part of the team , but really it happens to be the Service Department Experience that stands apart and was key to us shopping here again and giving 5 star rating & telling

Dealership broke my key fob while working on the car: There is even literally a part from the keys circuit board missing.
Complete denial of responsibility.
I raised the issue with the manager: nothing.
But they do recommend I should order a new key fob from them. For $1,500.
So if you think about buying a Mercedes: Keep in mind that for some issues you have to go the dealership. And there is only this one in Nova Scotia. No way out.
Update: Don't be anyone fooled by those 'thank you for taking the time'-replies here. You get in touch and what happens? Nothing.

Fantastic service experience. I am from out of town and needed some repairs in addition to usual service. The service team was super friendly and did a great job with the car. They cleaned it for me and returned it ahead of time!
Really good at calling me back (Trish) and my service advisor (Briana) were excellent.
I'll be returning back for more service and I recommend this spot for your Mercedes service.
