Dr. Vallee is a clinical and rehabilitation psychologist specializing in psychological assessments, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (C.B.T.) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (A.C.T.).

I have been seeing Dr Vallée for about 5 months now and I can say hand down she is the best help I have every received in the mental health community to date, I have seen countless counselor of varying level of education since a very young age and non of them where able to put it together until I started therapy with Dr Vallée. She went above a beyond to get me answers and facilitate me with resource to therapeutically address my needs and that's in addition to our weekly session. I have never in my life been as functional as I am now and it's a large part because of her and her team. Top to

Dr. Vallee was very unprofessional. She did not conduct standard ethical protocol, including reviewing limits of confidentiality verbally - as per the regulations of the College of Psychologists of Ontario. She also did not provide adequate, client centered treatment. She made inappropriate and unethical accusations that were unwarranted given the limited information she was provided. It is concerning. I will not return given the lack of confidence I have in her professional and ethical ability.
