Worst experience ever. First of all the sales girl give me a price on one of the rado watch I was interested in and later changed the price saying that she was checking it on US website. She was sorry saying that she is new and I totally understand its a genuine mistake. When I was comparing their prices with the other stores the other lady (Afshan) came and asked me to buy it from the other store as she doesn't look too interested in doing her job. I don't know to how many customers she did the same thing and make the owner lose lot of business. To the owner make sure who you hire to represent

We have been buying watches from Obsessions Jewellery for the past 3-4 years now and every time we visit we end up very happy with our purchase and also with our experience. I was looking for this watch for my son as a wedding gift. Obsession online was on sale but sold out.I called the store see if they can order it for me. Thanks for the lady answered my phone, can’t remember her name but she sounds like Asian ( Chinese). She went over and beyond, less than 15mins she found the watch for me and make it available online so I can purchased. Received the watch not even in 24hrs.

I was looking for Seiko ADs in the GTA and I came across Obsessions Jewelry. They have a great selection of the Propex and Presage Seikos and they also have very competitive prices. I was able to get a great deal on a watch online with the option for in-person pickup. The overall experience was great and I'm a very satisfied buyer. I highly recommend this store!
