Went with them based off a savings, turf has some sort of vine I'm forever pulling out of it, and the pallet deposit is only refunded if you call them in hopes they're nearby sometime in the near future. They WONT come pick them up and you have to go drop them off on someone else's yard to get your refund.

Good price. Said they’d deliver it between 2-3pm and to call around then to confirm. Instead they delivered it sometime early morning without telling us in the back alley which has public access. When I got home, turf rolls were toppled all over behind the garage. Left it in the hot sun too, so a good portion of the rolls died. Called, no call back. No follow up from them. Would not recommend after our experience.

Will never buy from them again, I ordered 80 rolls sod , but 70% of the turf die after 2 weeks; then I decided to order another 50 rolls when westernturf (LAURA)told me they will put a note on my order tthat the driver will pick up the 2 pallets from last order after deliver the 50 rolls turf. But the driver did not pick it up after delievered the turf. I called westernturf and they told me to drop off the pallets in RICHMONd location, but the pallets are too big to fit into my car. NOW westernturf told me to put on craiglist for free and they won't do anything when their driver did not pick up

I am a landscape contractor in the BC interior. Western turf farms was installing turf for another general contractor, during a commercial install. My company installed the Irrigation system. During the installation of turf, there was lots of negligence by your employees. This caused havoc on our already installed, fully functioning irrigation system. The system had to be repaired immediately to pass final completion
Not owning up to your negligence to the fullest degree just shows me how unprofessional Western Turf Farms really is. Honour your work and fix your mistakes
