We offer plenty of services to satisfy your horsey needs. We are a boarding facility, that offers training and of course we have an amazing lesson program! Ridgelawn prides itself on a drama free atmosphere. We want all our clients to feel like the barn is their second home. Ashley got her start in riding here at Ridgelawn Equestrian.
She campaigned in the jumper ring on the Future and A circuit for several years before switching to dressage. There she won many FEI junior classes and competed for three years on the young rider's dressage team. After selling her young riders horse "Big Tyme", she made the switch back to the jumper ring.

Services
Our Summer Camp programs will provide students that have never ridden before a basic knowledge of horses from learning how to ride, grooming and feeding. Those students that already have been in our lesson programs will learn aspects of horses that we don't always get the opportunity to teach in a one hour lesson.

I have been riding at a different barn for 4 years before having to switch barns, and I was competing in sugarbush circuit and other similar circuits, so I would like to say I have a well developed seat. On my second lesson my horse tossed me, and they also put me on multiple horses who were prancy and uncomfortable to ride on. I will not be returning.

I have been to many different barns as a horse owner I am nothing but confident in how my horse is taken care of. Every horse has a specialized feeding program catered to their needs. The head coach along with the owners and other workers monitor and keep track of their weight and training. My tb is on top of her game. The lessons are focused on proper technique and my riding has improved immensely since I’ve been there. The kids are always laughing and having fun in their lessons. I would recommend ridgelawn to anyone.

My daughter(9 years old) has recently began her lessons at Ridgelawn back at the start of July and she has always very much enjoyed herself. The coach was excellent in helping my daughter ease into riding by having her start with a smaller horse(Tinkerbell, who's well taken care of with a special diet and is an absolute sweetheart), and when she was ready moving her up to a full size horse, who's personality was much like my daughter's so they bonded well (Karen, my understanding she's a new addition to the Ridgelawn family, and is patient with my daughter as she gets on, also well looked after

This will be my daughter's 3rd year riding at Ridgelawn and she has just started co-boarding a horse with the support of the owner. Janet is extremely polite, welcoming and helpful which made this decision easy.
The coaching staff are amazing, very friendly, great with the kids, supportive and knowledgeable. They do their absolute best to accommodate all requests and make up missed lessons. Also, the barn helpers or other riders are always there to lend a helping hand to the students with their tack, saddles or questions.
All the horses are WELL taken care of, super friendly and if you treat

I'm not sure what the previous review is all about, the horses are definitely not neglected - more like spoiled! All horses have their own personalities just like humans but to call any of them aggressive is a little far fetched.
I love Ridge Lawn, the staff, coaches and fellow riders all are also supportive and amazing.

My daughter has been attending lessons at Ridgelawn for over three years. Her instructor has always been fantastic with her and is always incredibly professional and kind. Janet has been wonderful and communication is always great! The horses are incredibly well taken care of and while we really miss being able to go into the barn, I truly appreciate all of the precautions and safety measures put in place to protect the horses, staff, boarders and students. I can't say enough good things about Rideglawn!

Absolutely beautiful equestrian farm with professional owners, trainers and farm hands. Upon arrival one is made comfortable with down to earth honest and fun loving people. This is a horse farm for all ages, well maintained and safe. The farm horses are of good quality and are professionally vet checked on a regular basis. The barn and ring area are cleaned daily and free from any would be hazards. Children and adults alike can board or take lessons customized to each individual. I have known the owners for almost 33 years and have never had or seen/heard of anyone having a bad day there.

I have been riding and helping out at Ridgelawn since 1998 and I have had a horse there since 2005. It has always been a wonderful place to go. My horses have always been very happy here . I myself have learned so much there and continue to do so all the time. I have been showing with the show team since 2007 but consistently since 2009. Because of the coaching and care my horses and I have gotten we have improved immensely. I highly recommend this barn to anyone who is looking to grow as a rider. The Management and Staff and coaches are very knowledgeable and are able to help every rider.
