Windshield repair is a fairly quick and inexpensive process. It takes 30 to 60 minutes and may even be covered for free on your auto insurance policy if you carry glass coverage. We can help check with the insurance company to find out if you are covered and do the paperwork for you - usually in less time than it takes to perform the repair.
At Telstar Auto Glass our customer service is still done the good old fashioned way. We don't have online appointment booking or a distant call centre providing our customers with pricing and information. If you carry glass replacement coverage on your auto insurance - no problem. We work closely with insurance companies and we can help make the claim process run smoothly for you.

So I called them for a windshield replacement job. The owner was a lady and after she collected my information including my name, she started to be rude (racial profiling). After she knew that the job will be through the insurance she hangs up the phone abruptly in the middle of the conversation. What a shameful business! If there is a zero review I wouldn’t hesitate to give them that zero. I guess it’s my fault that I didn’t consider the previous bad reviews over here and I didn’t consider the advice from my friends to go to other glass shops. Just stay away!

If there was a choice of 0 star, that’s what I would give Telstar auto glass. First day I went to see him he was busy and asked if I could go at 4. I couldn’t do I booked a next day morning appointment. Drive all the way there the next day but he told me he had to do repairs in his own vehicle so he couldn’t take me. I decided to go to this place originally because of the reviews. I thought people should know that he wasn’t very nice to me. I need my vehicle because it’s handicap equipped. All I needed was a repair to a small chip in my windshield. Would never recommend this place
