Went in today to look at a used clutch cover, unfortunately it had a crack and it will be a couple weeks till a new one will come in.

On January 20th 2022 I tried to purchase a Motorcycle that I have been looking at for SEVEAL MONTHS listed for $3495.00 CAD plus tax at the Trans Canada Motorsports new inventory website which I found doing a Google Search. This week I made several calls back and fourth with staff in order to do my due diligence about electric start, spare parts, warranty ETC.. In these calls I asked several times if the price is $3495.00 CAD as advertised, the answer was always yes. On the 19th I wrote asking about trade in value provided in the "get a quote

Bought FXR jacket. After couple months the zipper tab broke off. Very nice and warm jacket. Expected the zipper would be repaired or replaced...but how did they stand by the product they sell? They said no, we won't fix it...they replaced the jacket with a new one!! Now that is customer service!! Thank you very much🤗

Gone are the days of TransCanada having the community first vibe. $95 for a half hour tire swap plus $25 to balance and I was even going to pay it too but when I called in Monday Morning the conversation went from "Yah man we got time to change that tire for yah, which tire were looking to buy from us" to "Oh, you already bought the tire from someone else? Ah maybe we can squeeze yah in towards the end of the week." And this was after I phoned and asked them to check the price on the tire I wanted, AND THEY NEVER CALLED BACK!
