We renovated our condominium on so many levels.. Bettermade Cabinets was our choice for a total kitchen cabinet replacement.. That being said, our experience was stellar from the time we walked into the showroom! Our first meeting was with Sandy in the showroom. Her expertise and patience was appreciated as well as her appointments in home for… measurements and further advice.. Upon our next visit to the office to shore up a final agreement and give a deposit we met Vern the owner who was welcoming and made us feel confident as well.. The installation process was painless with complete professionals

Agree completely with the previous reviewer. The kitchen cabinets are beautiful, the installer was great, but the customer service from Bettermade Cabinets was terrible. We had a small issue with our cabinets shortly after they were installed and we could not even get a return phone call from them. Left 3 messages with the receptionist, and still no call back.

The design of the kitchen was fantastic and the workmanship was great but there follow up when there is a problem is horrible. Phone calls were not returned. When my husband and I went in there we were told they did not have anyone to send out. Very poor customer service. Not what you want to hear after spending allot of money on your dream kitchen.
