We had the pleasure of working with the Design Thinking Agency to help rebrand our department and to develop some professionally polished presentations. They provided great customer service, as from first contact they were very helpful, with timely communication and responses to our requests. They were very open and responsive to our ideas and questions and worked to understand the nuances of our rebranding requirements. Design Thinking makes me sooo happy! Every time I open an email knowing it is to review a creative brief I feel like I am opening a surprise birthday present, and I am always so very satisfied with the graphic design work. My response time on requests, even the 911 requests, are answered very quickly with a guaranteed most times with an unexpected turn around time.
