The Ideal Protein program was developed in France by Dr. Tran MD/PhD for Olympic Athletes who wanted to lose fat without losing any muscle mass. This is the aspect of the program that separates it from other programs as it enables the dieter to lose fat without effecting their muscle mass. An issue we often hear from clients is that they tried other programs and they gained the weight back once they stopped the program.

Been to a few other chiropractor services and did not see results or felt like my health was important to them. After treatments with Dr shariff, he is passionate about making me feel better and I've seen great results with my neck and back pain. Also, if you're looking for a deep tissue massage to loosen your muscles and knots, Corey is amazing! Highly recommend!

The level of service and care provided by both the office staff (shoutout to Cathy and Steph!) and of course Dr. Shariff himself is truly unmatched. I had been visiting chiropractor in Mississauga but after moving to Oshawa I was looking for a good chiropractor and stumbled upon this clinic and I couldn’t ask for a better practitioner Dr Shariff is really good , he was able to help me with my chronic lower back issues and so far it’s been a great experience and I am hoping it continue la to be great. I’ve been a patient at Infinite Healing for just over a month, and I’ve noticed a great improvement in a very short period. I feel much better, my back and shoulder pains are nonexistent, and I get the pride of knowing that I am in great hands.
I am also hard of hearing with two hearing aids and the practice is widely accessible, with Dr. Shariff taking my needs and incorporating them into the practice seamlessly, frequently checking in for any concerns that can be addressed.

I've been a patient here since august 2021 and all of the staff members are incredible! we are treated with so much compassion, care, and understanding - it's an amazing feeling. Dr. Shariff sees my entire family (parents, husband, sis in law, daughter) and we all have nothing but good things to say. It's refreshing to meet a person in the medical field who genuinely cares about your health and well-being. I am 15 weeks pregnant and the adjustments have really helped with my sleep. An excellent experience from Dr Shariff and all at Infinite Healing thus far. I've been going to Dr. Shariff for almost 2 years. He is awesome! I was always in so much pain in my back and within a week the difference was amazing! His staff are so friendly and helpful. I found Dr. Shariff towards the end of May and I am so glad I did. He is the first chiropractor I've been to (and I've been to a lot) that does a thorough assessment. From X-rays, to a spinal scan and health history, there's nothing he misses in ensuring he knows whats best for your problems. And it doesn't stop there. With health talk… presentations and overall wellness information, Dr. Shariff ensures that you're receiving the best care. I've been seeing Dr. Shariff since September 2016. I started treatment for lower back and shoulder pain that I've been experiencing for several years.
