Services
Dr. Michelle Urban BSc DAc DC is a family chiropractor licensed for 17 years. She is passionate about pproviding personalized service while helping the whole family achieve optimal health and wellness through natural, drug-free chiropractic care. She promotes the knowledge that chiropractic is gentle, safe and an effective means of reducing nerve stress to every cell, tissue and organ in the body.
Physical stress: strain from walking, exercising, injuries and occupational stress can contribute greatly. Chemical stressors: Now more than ever we are exposed to chemical stressors such as medications, pesticides, herbicides and hormones in our foods also environmental toxins. How is this interference detected and corrected?
Your feet have a direct impact on your entire body from the ground up. Much like the foundation of your home, your feet support the weight of everything above them. When a subtle problem develops in your feet a small change in the way you walk will cause a chain reaction in your posture and walking mechanics.
Chiropractic care during your pregnancy can be extremely helpful as it assists in normalizing nervous system function. This is an essential component of good health for you and your baby. Chiropractic care helps to relieve the discomfort many expectant mothers experience due to rapid development, hormonal changes, ligament laxity and shifts in weight bearing structures.
Your brain and nervous system control every single cell, tissue and organ in your body. The spine in your back protects the delicate nervous system, which sends vital messages to and from the body. If the hard bones of the spine are misaligned or not moving properly it can pinch or irritate the soft nerve causing pain or malfunction of whatever the nerve attaches to.

Dr. Michelle is amazing! She is professional and knowledgeable and makes you feel comfortable. My kids love her because she listens and doesn't do certain things they ask her not to do (because it has caused pain in the past from other Chiros). She explains all her approaches and will adjust her techniques to what you need at the time. Overall I would (and do) recommend her to everyone I know!

Michelle is the most caring and knowledgeable chiropractor I have ever had. She goes above and beyond. She takes her time and really listens.
She truly cares about my healing and supports me with resources and exercises to do at home. She has worked wonders with my neck and back. We are fortunate to have her in our community and I can't recommend her enough.

Michelle is so attentive, thorough and genuinely cares about your well being. I didn’t hesitate to start bringing my children when the time came and highly recommend them every chance I get.
