Pegen Industries is a Canadian based machining and fabrication company focused on low to medium volume production, jigs, fixtures and prototypes. With over 20 years of experience, the company has steadily grown into a market leader in Eastern Ontario. At the heart of our organization and driving our continued success are 35 professionals and skilled tradespeople.
Pegen utilizes a combination of Solidworks and GibbsCam 3D CAD software to analyze parts for manufacturability. We are able to analyze client provided models in many different formats including (dxf, dwg, stp, step, igs, iges, slddrw, sldprt and sldasm). The flexibility in file types we accept eliminates the need for clients to modify their files for manufacturing purposes - leaving more time to engineer and perfect designs.
Pegen utilizes the newest and most advanced punching technology available today. We are able to hold tolerances of 0.004"(0.1mm) on punching operations on material thicknesses ranging from 0.030" to 0.125". Our newest partnership with Amada Canada has enabled us to enhance our capabilities and quality for all sheet metal related projects.
Blasting - we will media blast your parts for a uniform finish (note parts with crucial tolerancing cannot be blasted). We operate a fully compliant Military specification Chemical conversion line (commonly referred to as Iridite, Oakite or a Chemical film). Our tanks can accommodate parts and assemblies of up to 30 in length or width.
