IBW Surveyors offers various surveying services ranging from large and complex condominiums to large and small scale topographic surveys for infrastructure design-build. As a leader of the survey crew, the Party Chief is responsible for completing all assigned work efficiently and as per both AOLS and IBW Standards. Responsible for the production of professional services that will ultimately provide the expertise required to meet our client needs. Provide support to managers and staff, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company's general administrative actions.

My clouded titles over a heritage survey error (4'x5' land dividing my backyard) : 10 years after: the owner took over my file, failing registration of a line, problems twice with the last iron bar, and the dance of stakes continue, next to a financially challenged religious institution. I suffered coercion, fire, assault,intimidation, blocking my driveway for 4 years, bullying and lately blackmail. Please, surveyors : DO NOT FAVOUR ANYONE. I want what belongs to me only.

We needed a survey in a hurry to confirm the location of a fence, as we were about to go on vacation and wanted to book the fence builder before we left. I called a couple of surveyors, and IBW's price was a substantial savings over the competition. They were able to schedule us in before our vacation and conducted the survey quickly and efficiently, staking out the property and clarifying how our fence should go. Follow up was also good, with the survey emailed quite soon afterwards, and printed copies mailed right after that. All in all, I would recommend IBW!
