We had a good experience with our appointment initially, which was the beginning of April. Our sales representative was great and very helpful. We had our options and were going to go over them, we did that and I have left 3 messages now over the last 2 weeks with 2 different sales officers that we wanted to proceed just wanted to know what the timeframe of the measurements and installation were, as well as to clarify the initial quote, and let them know our cabinet installation time frame. Horrible customer service. I had reached out to the Woodstock location, they were very fast to reply and set up an appointment to view the show room. After we had chosen the option we wanted to go with I had emailed back the woman I was dealing with to let her know our choice and to proceed with the next steps, I received an email back a week later asking for our address so that she can get the paperwork ready, it has now been 3 weeks and I have had no contact. We have gone with another local company and will probably have our new counter top installed before Stonex even replies to me.

Just after xmas my wife and I decided to look in to options to have our countertops replaced with stone. Amelia, an employee of the company overheard us at hockey and suggested stonex right away. We called them that week and spoke with Hailey and had an appointment booked immediately. We visited the showroom in Woodstock and the samples did not disappoint. We picked what we wanted .They all followed up after our visit and were very organized. They had a man out to measure with very high tech equipment. I was so impressed with their attention to detail. We recently had Stonex install granite countertops in our kitchen a few months back and overall we are very happy with the product. The prices are also fair compared with the competitors. Stonex has a good selection of granite and quartz and the staff was also very easy to communicate with. The kitchen looks amazing! Looking forward to replacing the counters in all four washrooms aswell!

We have to say, the quality of their product is excellent. The service from their front office, the installers, and the additional change to design was very professionally handled. And done in a very timely, convenient fashion. The only unfortunate issue was that we did not do a template ourselves (out of cardboard or plywood) to see if it was in fact the result that we envisioned it to be. Our ONLY concern is that they should suggest to their customers, that if it is an unusual layout, this be done before the final measurement/design takes place. Thank you Stonex for your assistance.

In the beginning of December I had new countertops installed and over the holiday season we hosted a few family gatherings and received many compliments on the kitchen countertop. I had awesome service at Stonex and couldn't be happier with my selection in stone. I love the natural characteristics flowing through my counter and would recommend Stonex to anyone. 5 star service for sure and I look forward to working with them with my future renovations!
