I am so grateful to Dr. Cramer and Brittany for helping me when I thought I was losing my mind!. Dr. Cramer is a very knowledgeable, professional and passionate health care provider. She diagnosed me with Cervicogenic dizziness and Sub Occipital Neuralgia and immediately started me on a treatment plan.
Brain based rehab is absolutely essential to be successful academically and socially. Training builds neuroplasticity in cognitive abilities, processing speed, and comprehension. Your child will learn to inhibit emotionally unwanted behavior and increase attention, improve mental and cognitive processing speed, and improve auditory working memory using a multi treatment approach.
Working memory is a central problem for those with Autism, ADHD, learning disorders, and auditory/visual processing disorders. Working memory helps us stay involved in something longer, pay attention and keep more things to mind while performing a task. It allows us to resist distractions and inhibit impulsive choices.
Primitive Inhibitory Reflexes are the developmental milestones your child should be reaching as their brain, and body grow. As our brains mature, the primitive reflexes are inhibited (dampened) by more complex motor pathways from the brain, cerebellum and brainstem. If these primitive reflexes remain active, weakness or immaturity occurs within the nervous system.
A comprehensive Videonystagmography (VNG) is performed on each patient to determine the specific nature of the vestibular dysfunction and then an individualized treatment plan can be developed. The basis of a vestibular rehab program is to use the already existing neural pathway mechanisms for adaptation, plasticity, and compensation in the human brain.

My daughter has a learning disability. The education system provides her with ways to ‘cope’ with her disability. What Dr.Cramer is working on, is correcting the root cause. We’ve seen her improve in not only her abilities but her confidence. A mother could not ask for more than that! I would definitely recommend Dr.Cramer!

I came into Dr. Sandra Cramer’s office after experiencing constant dizziness for 6-7 weeks. My symptoms included: from the time I woke up to the time I went to bed, dizziness and feeling off balance.
I sought help from multiple doctors and therapists over those 6-7 weeks, including a CT scan. No one could figure out what was wrong with me.
On my first visit Dr. Cramer was able to figure out what was wrong with me and made a treatment plan to make me better.
After a few short weeks I’m back to my normal self.
I can’t thank Dr. Cramer and Brittany enough.

Dr. Cramer and Brittany are amongst the most dedicated and helpful health care professionals I have ever seen in my entire life. They helped me immensely with my traumatic brain injury where almost no one else could.
If you are looking to heal a concussion or traumatic brain injury .. look no further, Dr. Cramer will help you! Dr. Cramer is a Board Certified Chiropractic Neurologist. If you are unfamiliar with this, it means that she practices the principles of Functional Neurology (which may be most effective way to heal a concussion or traumatic brain injury in my opinion). Dr. Cramer applies

I've been coming to the clinic for more than a year to treat essential tremors. The treatments have helped me tremendously. I had trouble holding a cup of coffee, as an example, and now my hands barely shake at all. My experience with Dr. Cramer and Brittany has been exceptional.
In addition, my husband has coming to the clinic for about 6 months for help with dizziness. Dr. Cramer has determined the problem and treatments with both Dr. Cramer and Brittany have made a huge difference.
This has been a great experience with great people.

My daughter has been going here for a few years now, and I have seen so much progress in her walking, talking, etc.
She has a brain injury from a car accident many years ago. Dr. Cramer has done a lot of work on her, and I'm always so impressed. We used to go every other week, but now, we go weekly!

My doctor suggested I contact Dr. Cramer's clinic when I was recently diagnosed with a vestibular concussion disorder. The experience has been great! Dr. Cramer is exceptionally knowledgeable, very thorough and has the amazing ability to explain complex concepts in layman terms. She and her therapist Brittany are a great team and are both super… caring, supportive and helpful. They have certainly helped me on my road to recovery and I have seen very positive results. I would highly recommend Dr. Cramer's clinic to family, friends and anyone else I meet who may be experiencing a similar/same

After a year and a half of hell and 6 doctors (2 neurologists) I was pushed aside and only offered anti-depressants/anxiety or nerve suppressing medication as treatment and told I would get better over time. The symptoms got worse! I left a message at this clinic and they returned my call within a few hours, offering me an appointment just days later to be assessed. Dr. Cramer was incredibly knowledgeable and understanding of my issues. She was pleasant and professional, even though she had just come back from the dentist to have a tooth removed. The treatments started to work immediately, and

I am a 69-year old male who has had symptoms for over 5 years consistent with some form of motor neuron disease. These symptoms included mainly leg muscle weakness and wasting, muscle cramps and imbalance (with falling). Symptoms had slowly progressed over time despite a number of attempted measures that included acupuncture, physiotherapy, muscle… activation therapy and various fitness training exercises. About 18 months ago a friend recommended that I seek a consultation with Dr. Sandra Cramer at Brain & Balance Rehabilitation in Burlington. Dr. Cramer conducted a comprehensive initial

My wife experienced some hearing loss in one ear, associated with dizziness in some situations. Her ENT specialist recommended vestibular therapy to address the dizziness. Dr. Cramer did a very thorough neuro… assessment & found the problem was in a specific area of the brain. After about four weeks of therapy, the dizziness was gone. Most impressive was Dr. Cramer’s knowledge of the anatomy & physiology of the central nervous system. She & her therapist, Brittany, were always professional, friendly & caring toward their patients. Appointments were always taken on time
