I have always believed that a persons character greatly reflects on the way in which they provide ethical and moral business services. Driving south on 208th street Tuesday Jan 18th, there is construction and the lane closes into one lane quite a ways back but this company vehicle (picture attached) was inconsiderate.....drove dangerously actually almost hitting me if I hadn't slammed on my breaks, had no regard for the long line waiting in the proper lane and zoomed up to the front of the line and tried to cut in. No one would let them in as we were waiting 4 traffic lights just to get through

Rob and Otto had my deleted 2013 Ram 3500 diagnosed over the phone. Their crew pulled my turbo off the truck and cracked it open to find a cracked unison ring. Bernhausen's on hold message says it all. " Are you tired of the dealership revolving door?" This was my exact case, the Willowbrook Chrysler revolving door. It pains me to give one star, but I have to. When I took my truck in, the technicians took a look at my truck and stated that it would take roughly a week and gave me a quote. They had my truck for not a week, but a month, and I had to phone them multiple times to get any information on what they were doing. While they claimed they would contact me every step of the way, they did not.

I had them install one of their own kits on my 2015 F350. I dont trust their installs or custom made components. Their custom made components failed while driving, thankfully it was not while driving on the highway. But of course, everything is my fault because their lift is not ment to be taken off the pavement. Works really good in the driveway.

Very professional and knowledgeable staff, With a few mishaps owner called and ensure my vehicle would be ready for a cross country B.C. to N.S. trip pulling a travel trailer with 2 motorcycles in the truck bed.
