We at Wincare Drug Mart commit ourselves to our patients' health and overall well-being. Thus, we conduct medication reviews to help them understand their medications, how they work, and their potential side effects. A one-on-one appointment between our pharmacists and patients will range from 20 to 30 minutes.
This pharmacy went above and beyond to help me with a last minute large prescription on a deadline I had personally due to travel. They are also incredibly friendly, courteous and professional. I had an excellent experience overall. It's nice to see this level of customer care and a truly caring attitude.
Since 2018, we have offered at least 4,400 pharmacy products for free for patients aged 24 and below. What we only need is an Ontario Health Card Number and a doctor's prescription. Individuals aged 24 and below with OHIP coverage are automatically covered by OHIP+: Children and Youth Pharmacare, thus you no longer have to enroll or register for the program.

I cannot thank this pharmacist enough. Yesterday I spent 7 hours in the e.r with severe pain, needed a compound cream. The hospital didn't tell me that this is the only pharmacy in brantford that can make it. The pharmacist stayed late, as by the time I got there it was 2 minutes until closing. Such a kind human being.
