We had Stephen install a new projector (and uninstall the old one) for our home theatre as well as hardwire the internet for our home office. He custom-built an addition to the projector mount to support additional weight, ran the cables, and also custom-made the Ethernet cables and box for the office. His solutions were better than those proposed by our cable provider and did not require any damage to floorboards, walls, etc. He responded very quickly to our initial inquiry and was able to come out the next day to do the work. Since covid I had to start working from home. CBL Telecom Services was great in finding a way to have my internet hardwired to my workstation and gaming desk. Very efficient , very professional and very helpful in giving me a work around. Price was very fair and workmanship was quick and efficient. I would recommend for any type of hardwired work! Thanks again for the great service! I will be getting my basement done a couple years down the line and I’m hoping to get them to do that as well in the future. Highly recommended!

CBL Telecom rocks. Stephen Menzies did an amazing job of responding to an emergency call out to Ocean Trailers in Winnipeg for us in Vancouver. He was there less than 24 hours after we contacted him and spend most of the day on site assisting us with a completely downed system that had an AVAYA chassis flown in from USA overnight to be replaced as soon as it arrived. Pretty much open heart surgery with the client down hard. Stephen was the eyes and hands and heart of our triage mission and executed brilliantly. The client was up by end of day and Stephen was an indispensable part of the team. We
