Our Goal is to transfer the skills necessary to be a safe driver, and continually improve beyond just passing the road test. Summit Driving Academy is located in Duncan, BC. We provide quality in car class 5/7 driving lessons using coaching methods developed as a result of research in the EU called the Hermes Project which has become recognised in BC as the highest standard for training new drivers.
Our students learn to take responsibility for their driving during lessons, right from the start. This method results in new drivers who are better prepared when they begin to drive on their own.

Services
What's the difference between simple instructing and coaching? With coaching, student drivers are encouraged to think for themselves. They don't get constant instruction on when it's safe to go, always reminding to check their mirrors etc. Our proven methods teach students to adopt decision-making responsibility from the get-go.
Your satisfaction is important to us! If you are not satisfied with the Instruction you received, we will make it right, or promptly or refund any remaining lessons. We offer single in car lessons as well as packages for those who may need more in car training. Each 1.5 hour lesson consists of a minimum of 75 minutes driving practice time, plus 15 minutes to review your progress and book your next lesson.

Adrian was the best driving instructor I could have asked for. As an older (31) learner driver, coming in with some previous automobile trauma, he was EXTREMELY accepting and understanding of my concerns. A skilled teacher - combines visual aids, with games, and mnemonics. I got the 18 hour package, and was definitely worth it as passed first time. Thanks Adrian!

Adrian is a great driving teacher. I worked with him on brushing up my driving skills before my road test and also learning how to do things properly and confidently. I passed first try and got a refund for a lesson that was booked after my test with no hassle. Highly recommend for anyone preparing for a road test or wanting to improve their driving. :)

Adrian is a kind, patient, professional driving instructor who I would recommend to anyone. I suffered from a great deal of anxiety around driving and was out of practise for many years; after several lessons my anxiety is gone and I feel way more confident about being a safe road user. We are parents of a new driver who took lessons from Adrian. We were really impressed with Adrian's teaching style, his manner and his customer service. We had tried another big driving school and were not very happy with the driving instructor. I would definitely recommend Adrian to anyone looking for driving lessons. Adrian is a talented instructor! I had previous experience with 4 different instructors and Adrian's approach is the best. All lessons were well structured and personalized. Adrian is very professional, respectful, patient, knowledgeable and enthusiastic teacher knowing what exactly his student needs to focus on. I've just passed my test!
