We bought our first investment property in Saint John and were looking for a long lasting relationship that we could build for when we continue to buy properties in the area. This was so that we can have someone manage them for us. She agreed to the project but when she came into the property I got two responses. This doesn't work for them because we wanted a list for us to fix the property and the other was that they were too busy. It's either one or the other. Now they lost any of our future business due to the lack of professionalism and relationship building skills.

Wouldn't even give this company one star. absolutely rude and terrible to deal with. wouldn't let me rent a property due to my boyfriends family who have rented with them before... has absolutely NOTHING to do with me. I tried to explain this to them and they would not listen and were completely rude and just shut me up. DO NOT RENT FROM KAREN
