Bev, Dr.Jackie and the staff at Luminique Cosmetic and laser are the absolute best!! They always go above and beyond to make me feel comfortable! They listen to what I’m wanting to get done and they educate me on the different options available to me. The clinic is extremely clean, everyone is always very professional and I love the renovation!! I have tried quite a few services they offer and have been 100% happy with all of them!

I was late 10 minutes for my appointment, it was my first time to the clinic, the staff that supposed to see me was not at the clinic, she left and you called her to come back, she came anhappy, apologized for my 10 minutes late, she did not reply, did not introduce herself, no name tag, no smile just unhappy, she just wanted to brush off, consult took 5 minutes,, kept asking me if you read about the procedure.
she should have a better bed side manner, you can say I can reschedule my appointment rather than that unprofessional way

I have been a patient with Bev for many years now. We have worked together to keep my extreme case of skin pigmentation/sun damage at bay. Most recently I booked an appointment to see if I was a possible candidate for Dysport. After answering my questions with the utmost professionalism and education, I was able to receive my first injections of Dysoprt. Bev and her team took the time to listen to my needs. It was very important to me that I walk out with VERY natural results. I am 1000% pleased with the results. Even my husband says the best money spent so far as I can no longer frown at him LOL
