We had a good experience ordering our custom made outfits. She was very helpful and patient with the details and let us know how the outfits were coming along throughout the process. She put her heart and soul into making sure we got the perfect look. The outfits were beautiful and above and beyond anything we could have wished for.

Mandeep was quick to reply to my emails and it was a pleasure communicating with her. Being unfamiliar with Indian garments I was nervous but Mandeep made me feel comfortable and was patient with me during the entire process. COVID protocols were followed and I felt safe in her boutique.
Out of her amazing variety of pieces, we were able to find a beautiful outfit that exceeded my expectations and fit within my budget. I will definitely be returning to Nayaab Boutique.

I visited Nayaab for the first time with 2 more friends and loved the way Mandeep ma'am dealt with us. She has good collection of traditional dresses especially for women and the stuff is also good quality. She also is a very helping person and pleasant to talk to. I would definitely go there again.

I can't express enough how amazing my experience was at naayab boutique! I was very shy and nervous to be trying on dresses that are not from my culture. she made me feel so comfortable and at ease. she honestly made me feel like a queen when trying on her dresses. I like that she is very honest and true to her word. she's not a stickler for money, she just wants to make sure you look and feel beautiful. Nayaab Boutique is the best! It's so hard to find Indian cultural wear in Ottawa, but Nayaab has beautiful, stylish, trendy modern and classic pieces for every occasion. The customer service is one on and one and outstanding!!!! Mandeep is very flexible and accommodating with years of fashion experience that is very helpful when shopping for unique pieces. The quality and style of her clothing and jewelry are better than I've found in the big shops in Brampton and Toronto. I recently shopped at Nayaab Boutique for my wedding outfit. Mandeep was very personable to deal with. It was my first time at Nayaab and she made me feel very comfortable and advised me with expert knowledge. I just searched online for one Indian boutique in Ottawa and chose Nayaab. It was a perfect selection. Mandeep, the owner is very pleasing, professional and kind enough to entertain her clients. She gave us all the freedom to select and try the dresses. Very helpful, kind and pleasing. The dress we picked up was unique, fantastic pattern and very good material. I am attending my first Pakistani wedding and I wanted to respect the traditions by getting some traditional outfits. Plus, the dresses are so beautiful and I've always wanted to own some of my own. Mandeep is so wonderful, helpful and honest. She helped give me advice on what to wear for certain events and worked with me as she knew I was on a budget. I left with 3 beautiful outfits/dresses but I could have easily left with more!

Mandeep was so wonderful. Her dresses were so beautiful, and what amazing details. She has a wide range of prices, styles and colors, as well as a beautiful jewelry collection. I was very fortunate that the dress I got fit me prefect, no alterations needs. That was incredible, considering I'm on the shorter side of the scale 🙂. I do hope I could go there again for some more dresses and suits 🙂 I highly recommend Nayaab Boutique 👍

Mandeep is personable and goes out of her way to ensure her customers find clothing that both suits them and the occasion they need it for. Mandeep made my shopping experience fun and easy and very comfortable. She has many different outfits and different price points which makes finding an outfit a lot easier: what a selection! The fabrics are unique and beautifully crafted: so many one of a kind dresses. She is very calm, helpful and informative about what would be best for your… occasion. She was not pushy and didn't rush me. I felt her space was very comfortable, very respectful and really fun to be in. Who doesn't love dressing up in gorgeous clothing? I am so looking forward to wearing my gorgeous outfit to a wedding!
