Critical: Responsiveness
Should you need help or assistance after receiving information from the CRA in regards to a re-assessment, and amounts owing based on returns that they previously filed for you, you will not hear back from them during off season. Cannot reach by phone, and do not respond to emails.

Great place for doing your taxes in the Durham Region. I took my parents for their taxes. R&S Tax Service got them a great refund. It was fast and they are very knowledgeable. They answered all of my questions with certainty. I will definitely do my taxes here next year along with my parents and I will recommend them to anyone looking for a tax place. 10/10. Thanks again.
