Thank you so much for making my 50th birthday feel so special. I absolutely love the sweatshirt as well as Brittney making the class so fun this morning. Studio Pilates is my home away from from home. Every time I complete a class I feel wonderful and not just because of the exercise, but because you and the ladies always go out of your way to make me feel welcome.
The beauty of signing up, and showing up to a class is that you have a commitment with accountability! You've made an appointment with your SELF, and your instructor is live through your screen guiding your movement and cheering you on. This is the next best thing to being in the Studio. Once you've sign up for a live stream class, you'll be sent a link to join, 30 minutes prior to the class time.
Pilates is a unique series of strengthening and stretching exercises originally designed over 90 years ago by a man named Joseph H. Pilates This exercise technique strengthens and tones muscles, improves posture, provides flexibility and balance, and creates a more streamlined shape. The focus of each exercise is on alignment of the spine, mobility of the joints, and flexible strength in the muscles.
A There's definitely a mind-body connection and a very similar fluidity in both. But one difference is that there's a whole line of equipment in Pilates that doesn't exist in yoga, so it provides a different angle: In Pilates you're doing exercises with the assistance and resistance of springs and pulleys.
These classes are typically offered in 8-week sessions. Registration is optional for these sessions and each class is offered once per week. Clients are welcome to register in more than one class per week and this is very beneficial for seeing results with Pilates training. Drop Ins are welcome if spots are available.

I cannot recommend Studio Pilates enough! The range of classes they have are great for complete beginners to the super fit looking for a challenge. The instructors are so friendly, welcoming and motivating. They all teach in a way that ensures you are maximizing your time and getting the most out of your workout. Personal fav instructors are Char A and Jill K!

Highly recommend this Studio, it is run exceptionally well by Colleen and her staff, they take care of everything, even the kids while we do our Pilates.
The studio is beautifully decorated and the classes are amazing.

Our u15 Girls soccer team attended a team dry land fitness session. They absolutely LOVED it! They were challenged, worked hard and thoroughly enjoyed the positive and challenging environment that was created by the coach.

Colleen and her team at Studio Pilates are second to none. As a new member I love the variety of classes offered and they can be modified for a beginner or advanced pace. The personal attention from the instructors has been amazing whether it be a quick adjustment to ensure the exercise is being done correctly (ie: targeting the right muscle group) or just a chat after class. All of the staff are friendly, its obvious they make a point of knowing all of their participants names; the studio is spacious and always clean.
