YM wellness is One of the best. I used to come here for the last 3 years. Very clean and professional. Nowadays and during the pandemic,they are strictly following healthcare rules, sanitizers always available, they check your temperature while attending, maintaining social distancing and spacing almost half an hour between each customer to avoid crowding.

Jennifer is an amazing massage therapist.
We've gone massage hopping and no place is like this where they use hot stones, dimmed lighting, soothing music, hot towels to wipe off oil and good amounts of pressure where we need it most whether back pain or shoulder stiffness. I look forward to every visit and have left every time relaxed and rejuvenated.
Also, protocols for covid are in place 👍

Very kind and friendly. Large spacious massage room. Nice relaxing low music. Professional attitude. Easily accessable from the route 26 bus line. A short walk from Elora Drive, the next plaza after the plaza that has winners in it across from a park. I noticed one lady speaks Arabic and the one that served me speaks Mandarin and English. You will be treated right.

Love this place! After trying out other massage therapy locations in Mississauga, YM Wellness & Spa has been my go-to for RMT for over a year now to relieve some of my back tension. There's something about their massage techniques that keeps me coming back! The location is very clean, professional, and soothing and after a 1-hour session you will be guaranteed to feel rejuvenated :)

I've been going to YM Wellness and Spa for a year now and am so happy I came across this spa. Jennifer (owner) always greets me with a smile and has a lovely personality. Her massages are so great, I leave feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. She is always willing to make her customers happy and satisfied.
The spa was recently renovated and looks so inviting and trendy. Definitely check out YM Wellness & Spa, it's a much better experience than the average massage clinic.
Bonus: Warm, moist towels to wipe off massage oil!
