Don't get me wrong - I like to follow the letter of the law to the "T" and like to sleep tight at night, but need a GOOD, knowledgeable and smart accountant able to think on his feet. Then a very good friend of mine gave me John Paul's contact and within 15 minutes I had all my questions answered and all my fears dispersed.

I have been a client of this firm for almost 10 years. Aside from the standard excellent service (accurate & timely accounting, responsive & prompt engagement) Fabio & team have a huge wealth of expertise with regard to what CRA looks for, what great long-term tax planning looks like, and general estate management should be to maximize value. I am working with this company for the last 7 years. Before that, I was a customer of many more prominent organizations, and I was very upset about how they treated me. However, I had to stay with those accountants until I find someone whom I could trust. When I saw Mr. Campanella for the first time, I was amazed by his depth of knowledge about our business in general. I asked him questions that over the time I learned myself and the other firm did not have any idea about it, and Fabio Campanella knew them by heart. I highly recommend this company.

I can't say enough nice things about Campanella McDonald LLP! I emailed John Paul about back taxes for a number of rental properties and within an hour I had a call with him and a plan of attack. This was on a Tuesday, by Friday of the same week the taxes were filed! He's fantastic to work with - patient, responsive and an excellent communicator. He really took the time to make sure that I understood the filings. And, in addition to dealing with the back taxes, he also helped me understand a number of future tax related issues. I highly recommend the Campanella McDonald team!
