Brad and Cathy have been phenomenal from the first day we contacted them to buy a tub 10yrs ago
We are the lucky people that if the tub is going to have a malfunction it will happen in the middle of a snow storm or the lowest temp day of the year, so never an emergency to get it fixed asap. Brad has always came through for us, getting parts last minute or talking us through how to fix it.
They are always helpful with supplies and cleaning products.
The quality of the Canadian product and service from the Local store we are Beachcomber's for life.

We purchased our tub from Beachcomber Kingston, expecting that the quality and service would be better than buying elsewhere. This has not been the case! We cannot get the tub serviced and we have been on the phone with the owner Brad numerous times since spring. The issue has not been resolved. I would recommend buying from any other hot tub dealer, but NOT Beachcomber!

We bought our hot tub in 2013 and have been delighted with the service and attention we receive from Brad and Kathy. From counselling us about the water chemistry to helping us with a jet problem, they have always provided exceptional service. Would absolutely recommend Beachcomber, and Kathy and Brad with no hesitation.
