I called from Toronto to order flowers for my Mom. Expecting it to be like pulling teeth.
I had the pleasure of speaking with Monica. She was very friendly, attentive and helpful. I had some very specific ideas for the arrangement. She went out of her way to make this experience a great one.
They went to work on my arrangement right away. I called Thursday. The flowers were delivered Friday ahead of Mother's Day.
Thanks to Monica and team. We will use them in the future. My Mom was very happy with the result. As are we!

I don't recommend them my Husband ordered flowers for me for our 10 th Anniversary which were supposed to delivered to our apartment at 12 noon nothing arrived he went to the shop and the guy there said nothing was ordered ge was there on Wednesday and paid for them but they had nothing to rectify the problem they gave him a arrangement which the… roses were all Brown and wilted at the ends I mean really it is the 21 century shouldn't make a difference uf it was two men or two women when we pay for a service we expect the same treatment and respect as anyone else do no we certainly will
