This is a great company and an example of a how a non-franchised local business can make things work better. From start to finish they were helpful, polite, efficient, less costly and, most importantly, experienced (and what a difference that makes). As was necessary in my situation, the installers were creative in finding a solution to my window that just isn't standard. To be highly recommended.

Mom and I went in to Brite’n Easy this morning looking for a blind clip to repair a broken valence. The gal went above and beyond to help us out. We recently did renos on our rental condo, and the blinds were filthy, gummy and beyond repair in my opinion. Upon a recommendation I contacted Debbie at Brite n Easy, described the condition of the blinds and cords, broken ladders, broken and missing slats and missing parts. She assured me that she could restore them to new condition. I was very skeptical considering the horrific condition of these blinds. I took the blinds down and dropped them off with her. Great experience with this local business. It was readily apparent that they know their business well and have served the community in that capacity for a long time. So much so that when I mentioned where I lived they knew exactly which company installed our blinds some 20-odd years ago! They called to be sure that they could go ahead with additional repairs that to our blinds that became apparent while they were cleaning them. Very reasonable rates. Happy to recommend Brite and Easy. Great to have this local business so near by.
