We’ve had the pleasure of getting to know Zsolt from several jobs he’s done for us over the past couple years. Our 40 plus year old custom home needed some TLC, being built on a hill the downstairs sunroom which was enclosed underneath the deck at some point had sunk about 2 inches. Pell Builder reinforced the foundation and jacked it up using their pier system going 23’ deep until the house started to lift - very impressive! Also Zsolt addressed why it had sunk, which was due to the old wooden retaining walls rotting, and land sliding away from the house.

We contracted Pell Builders(Zsolt) to remove our existing wood deck and build us a concrete one. From day one, Zsolt displayed a level of knowledge and expertise that inspired trust. He came prepared, skilled, extremely dependable, affordable, responsive in every facet of the job. He communicated well with both the subcontractors and us in a way that was greatly appreciated. The finished product exceeded our expectations on every level. He created our own Utopia in our backyard. Thank you Zsolt and subcontractors.

We have just used Zsolt from Pell Builder to build us a new stamped concrete patio. Zsolt was very prompt in returning our call and in coming to discuss our plans. He and his contractors are very knowledgeable, proficient and professional . Our Patio was finished very quickly. We are very pleased with the results and with Zsolt and his team. We highly recommend them.

Old retaining wall for garden beside patio was built on top of patio concrete slabs and causing cracks and heaving from the weight. Pell took down old retaining wall, cut concrete slab to reduce stress to main slab, poured concrete for new base for interior wall with a drainage trench and two pipes through the wall to guide water out. Rebuilt retaining wall and changed top pavers. Inner wall is level. Some issues with drainage trench erosion still under review as two years have passed. He is working with us for a solution.

Pell-Builder Inc-Concrete Contractor from Vancouver BC are simply fantastic. They did a beautiful job for us that was done fast, clean, and extremely affordable. They ripped out and take away our old driveway and installed our new driveway in only two days, the work was done perfectly before time and on budget. This was the best contractor experience I've ever had - I wish all contractors were like Pell-Builder Inc.
