The CJ Brubacher crew are top notch. Over the past year they have done lots of work at my cottage and home in Waterloo (new hot water heater, water filter, new toilet, repair toilet, install ceiling fans, electrical wiring, repair shower, etc.) They have been very professional, very fair with their pricing, on time. They explain options and what they are doing. I will never use another electrician, plumber, HVAC, contractor again. CJ Brubacher is my one stop shop for all those services.

I hired CJ Brubacher to start my boiler up. They started it up and changed a pressure valve. The boiler started to bang and build pressure and will release steam.4 more service calls 3 weeks and $1000 later still no change. Never once did the owner ever reach out to try and help. The service person was very polite and friendly, but could not figure out what was going on .Now they want to do service call #5 I opted out I have paid enough for unneeded parts. .Not sure at what point the owner steps up and takes an interest and reaches out and reassure the customer. Dishonest crooks. If you call to get a warranty repair for your furnace, only then do they inform you that you will have to pay a paperwork fee of up to $1000 for them to process the warranty claim. If you complain then they just tell you to go elsewhere, they won't honour the warranty at all.

We just had these guys in to fix our water softener. Communication with them was great throughout, which is the #1 thing I'm looking for from a service professional. Their initial response to me email inquiry was very fast and they did some troubleshooting with me over phone/email to make sure someone needed to come out. They gave me a clear quote upfront. During the service appointment they were very communicative about what they were doing and why, and they gave us good advice for the future. I will absolutely contact them the next time I have a plumbing issue.

I highly recommend CJ Brubacher to anyone who needs plumbing work done. These guys did a great job for us and we are happy with their service- we had them break up the concrete in our basement to replace an old, clogged pipe that we weren't able to unclog with snaking.
