Heard about them from some friends who are into real estate investing. I wanted to invest in real estate, but I don't want to do any of the work myself. I started with a smaller investment to get a feel and have added to that investment more than once. I like that I can understand what they do and that they are investing my money in something real.

I never knew about the benefits of private real estate investing until I started working with Equiton. They made it really easy to understand and easy to invest. With the Equiton Apartment fund I’m now invested in a large pool of rental apartment buildings; something I would have never been able to accomplish as an individual investor. And I'm really pleased with the returns I'm getting!

They made understanding real estate investment a breeze. Diversifying my portfolio was with real estate was not something I had thought was possible for me but Equiton showed me it is. The staff is very informed, knowledgable and respectful and took the time to go through every detail.
