ICASH has done a lot for me, which I appreciate very much every! However every loan they've helped me out with has not actually done a lot to help. I only gave 3 and not 5 stars because of the automated responses and emails. They're very inconsistent with other correspondence that I have had with actual people. Also, the loan application should not at all include an amount to be requested or pre approval as it does not make a difference and is a frustrating, and time consuming step. If you are approved for a requested amount it should give you that amount. If not then it should be put up for discussion

I normally have a great experience and am easily approved for a loan from iCASH.ca. There have been a few occasions though where it seems like they have lost my repayment history (5 STAR) and won't qualify me for the amount requested even though I have ALWAYS repayed my loans fully and on time and have been using their company for over 3 years and have obtained VIP status, their highest available. If they are able to fix this issue, I will immediately update my review and give them a 5 ⭐ rating. Otherwise, I only use this company and know that I will get a loan approval even if it is not what

Never missed a payment in 12 loans with icash. “Prestige member” denied for taking a week vacation to celebrate a wedding, apparently that indicates unstable income. Customer service responded with reapply when you get paid? Is the purpose not to help you out until payday?

The first great thing I noticed about iCASH.ca that made them stand out a step ahead of the rest is they are open 247! Really easy application process and fast approval.E transfer was received 10 minutes after approval.
Approval only took half hour even at 3:30 a.m application was preapproved and email stated approval would be confirmed within 2 hours and had an answer within half hour.
Really appreciated this at this time of year and look forward to building my credit with them as it is a great option for emergencies.

Not fast and speedy and never offered other payment terms as advertised stating the computer calculates what is clearly visible for a human so I do not believe the computer nonsense at all.

-1 star for failure to follow own policies and time frame policies.
