I brought my macbook pro in to reinstall OS X as I had deleted the partition on it. John was super helpful and informative on how he was able to reflash the firmware and get it up and running again. As well as, install a new SSD to make it fast once again. Overall, I greatly enjoyed the experience at JTG Systems and will happily recommend it to anyone that has/is experiencing issues with their computer or mobile phone.

When I realized I had a bulging battery in my laptop, I dreaded dealing with a repair place, but there's no choice due to the dangers of dealing with a damaged lithium-ion battery.
Glad to see I could make an online request for a quote, I submitted one on Sunday. I didn't expect to hear back until Monday morning at the earliest, instead I got a reply Sunday, early evening, and was told that if I provided the new battery, they could quickly swap out the batteries for me for a very reasonable price.
I found a good deal on a replacement battery and brought battery and laptop in to the shop. The

Brought my laptop in as it kept blue screening and crashing. They charged $180 for a repair and said if I had any problems to come back, no charge. My laptop continued to crash over and over again. Brought it back and they charged me $80 for another repair. My laptop is still crashing. They have great response time and are friendly and polite, but their actual repairs leave something to be desired.

When my laptop stopped working, other places needed to send it away for several days, but JTG gave me same day service. The people who work there are extremely knowledgeable, helpful and nice - I won't go anywhere else now.

Had a software issue with my cell phone, dropped in at JTG Systems. Greeted by one of the staff who was very professional. I told him the problems and he immediately went to work on my phone. Within about 15 minutes it was fixed. We had other question about another phone and he was very helpful and even looked up some options for us. They are really nice guys. We recommend them and we will use them again should the need arise.

Fantastic work. My main work computer has been neglected for a couple years. Fans were seized, full of dust, over heating, shutting down and noisy as hell. I've been working on computers for 35 years and have always built my own computers, but I simply have not had the time to take care of this one. I brought it to JTG and they identified the issues instantly and repaired it right away. I had it back in less than a day working beautifully. I couldn't have done better. Very affordable, very professional and quick. I highly recommend them.

First time pc builder here. Had a few problems after building and these guys fixed my computer up for a fair price and refused payment until the job was done. Also, not only did they install my windows 10 and drivers for free, but they completely organized and cleaned up the wires in my computer with no charge. A few days later I had another issue and they fixed it up free of charge! Everybody who works there is always kind and have answers to everything! Thanks again guys!!!!
