We recently picked out blinds for several areas in our home. Within 1 month we now have them and professionally installed. We had Monica guide us along the way, we certainly will be using them again.

I wouldn't deal with them. I contacted Kawartha Drapery back in June to get replacement cord for Hunter Douglas blinds. I was asked to take pictures and email details. Its now Nov, and I have no response to emails or voice mails. I was interested in purchasing other blinds for my home but I will seek out another Hunter Douglas dealer after this experience.
