When asphalt starts to deteriorate it begins to crack. These cracks allow condensation to enter the core of the asphalt and begins to breakdown the materials that maintain stability. Due to our climate, asphalt begins to break up because the condensation that was allowed to penetrate the asphalt, starts to freeze in the winter causing it to expand.
This weekend our Team worked on a 65,000 sq/ft parking lot. The client was looking at renting out the space but was finding that potential tenants were concerned with large trucks coming into the loading docks as the pavement in these area's were extremely deteriorated. For a fraction of the cost of re paving this parking lot we repaved the areas that could not be saved which equaled 10,000 sq ft.

My first freehold home, knew nothing about driveway sealing, Michael and his helper went beyond to help me understand water flow and sealing importance. They even got rid of the border weeds. Got surprised by a heavy storm a few hours after sealing...Michael came back an fixed all the spots that got affected by the rain. Thanks MRJ paving. Dina, in Willow Beach.
