Came on Saturday to gift window cleaning supplies to my sister as she is moving away to another country. Middle aged associate was extremely rude telling me that's it's closed on weekends, even if we know exactly what we need. Don't recommend the customer service here.

Good overall. Some organizational issues Surrounding the water tests but I'll give them a mulligan as they adapt to new realities. Been dealing with them for 10 years over two pools and trust them to offer good service.

I've been a customer with Sani-Sol for hot tub supplies for years, but my last three visits have not been stellar. The products and price are competitive, but friendly customer service is sub par. You should feel welcomed, not feel like you're intruding.
Last incident, an older man with glasses was behind the counter, I was unable to locate a chemical on the shelves, which all the bottles are identical, except for labeled which type, I asked for a product, his response was, "It should be there". I said, ok, but can you direct me to the location.
He was not happy having to come around the counter

Have a leak in the pool, tried to get someone to have look, 2 week now without luck. We were told last weekend by technician Mick, that he would call back this weekend, but when we called to confirm this weekend, he said oh maybe next weekend. Not impressed.

The entire staff including Mr Phil is knowledgeable and has helped educate us a new owners to hot tub and pool. They have been patient even on busy days answering our questions on water test and operations. Thank you and please carry on the wonderful job with a smile , it helps a lot of people.

Very good local pool, spa and other sanitation stuff buisiness. My go-to place for pool chemicals. They do free water tests if you buy your stuff there.
