I was recommended to SAR but that recommendation ends with me. Once the paper work was signed I received zero customer service. My delivery date started at 1 week from my purchase date but ended up being 3 weeks even tho they had them in stock. I would have to call or text to find out what was going on when the promise dates would come and go because I wouldn't receive a courtesy call to inform me of further delays. I was already making payments on my purchases before I received them. I received good customer service when they were trying to make the sale but if I knew how the service was going

In late April we bought a used Polaris razor 1000. The sale and interaction with the sales people was wonderful. One of the buying decision was that the transmission input shaft and secondary clutch we’re supposed to have been replaced as Jamin advised my husband. After riding for only 200 km the check engine light kept coming on.The code revealed belt slippage was the problem. My husband took it apart only to see that the cover was cracked and silicone and the secondary clutch was worn out. The primary clutch rollers were also worn out. Sad to give any Polaris associated dealer a 1 star but this one was a bad experience for me.
I called SAR sport and Recreation to see if they had a rear bumper for my 2020 Rzr so keep that in mind that this is Current parts not new old stock, They replied to me with yes we do after stating my model, year, and witch type of bumper i was after, so i wasn't sure if i would make it in time b4 they closed so i paid over phone but not b4 i DOUBLE CHECKED again if they had it and the right part color etc. On arrival (witch i made it on time b4 they closed) witch then i was placed on a "hold" while i

Purchased a brand new 2020 Polaris General Deluxe and a 2020 Mission aluminum trailer today. Duane Enns helped me out with the sale from day one; great guy, easy going, no pressure sales experience. Stephen Klopak did an amazing job finalizing the financing and sales process. That guy knows his stuff and would be the reason why I'd go back to SAR. Very timely call backs and explained the warranty and financing options very simply. Highly recommended!

I ordered some parts and they said the parts would be in on Thursday, I never got a call so I called them on Saturday. On the phone, he said "I think they came in" so I asked if I could come pick them up. He said yes. When I get there he says he hasn't received them into the system yet and their still in the shipping box (which I could see sitting at his feet). I asked if he could get them out and process them and he refused. So after being the I could pick them up, I drove 40 minutes to be refused my parts? Unbelievable
