Rude person who took my order wouldn’t give me a receipt (“No, sir. We need it for our records” 🤔), then I was served a Grande after ordering a Venti. I told a different staff member, and they ignored me as if they didn’t hear. The strangest Starbucks experience I’ve ever had.

The staff was cheerful, efficient and helpful. I was there twice, heading in and then out of ORD a few days later. The first time there was a huge a.m. line but it moved very fast. The second time, no line. They clearly do their professional best, even in a high stress place with repeated waves of stressed out customers! Bravo for this location, in particular. 😊

Nice coffee though. 250ml is very high for me. I really don't know how to ask what type of coffee to get, since there is so many options.

I had a quick 45-minute layover in Chicago. The line was extremely long. I decided to take my chances and jumped in. I was thoroughly impressed by how efficient and hardworking the entire Starbucks staff was. They were friendly and expedient.
I ordered a nitro cold brew, which is always good. I also ordered a Turkey Bacon breakfast sandwich. It was tasty.
This Starbucks at the end of C gates gets a huge hi-five.

Ordered 8 drinks. They messed up the whole order!!! Even though the sticker had the right order the barista probably decided shes not in the mood and did whatever she wanted.
After telling them they messed up the order they told me she can not help me and I have to stand in line all over again-that be after I stood inline already for 20 min!!. Instead of apologizing she yelled at me and my son saying she will call security.

The gentleman who took my order was super friendly but the barista that made my drink was extremely unfriendly unprofessional and rude when I expressed that I ordered and paid for whip and caramel drizzle that she had not padded to my drink..

Starbucks Thanks to Andre Opera customer service singer and his crew for providing good customer service, everybody working with Andre was so nice and helpful, I will definitely will come back to buy coffee frappe from This location where he is working, it was very nice starting the day with a coffee and a touch of opera listening to Andre. Thanks God bless you all. I recommend you go and see him Chicago United terminal C8 C9 you will definitely will have a good time while watching him have fun while at work.

Staff yelling and berating customers because they were closed. From a customer’s perspective, there was no indication that they were closed other than the less than mannered young woman screaming that they were closed. The large lit Starbucks sign was still on, the “tv” menus were still on, and there was NO sign/roped off entrance to indicate the site was closed. Good lesson for my young step son watching the rude employee’s behavior. I leaned over and whispered to him, “never be that person.” He shook his his head in agreement. 8:30pm, only myself and one other customer. Employees asked 3 times after ordering how i wanted my drink (just blended - not complicated). Was then handed my drink, not blended...VERY politely asked for it to all be blended together. With an attitude, she took it back then proceeded to blend it until the drink was no longer even frozen. Seems that their good employees must work in the AM. Never been disappointed in a Starbucks until today.
