The service provided by Twin City Tile was excellent. John and his team were very professional and went above and beyond to make sure everything looked great. We were in a huge rush to get new floors in before selling our house, and they were more than accommodating for us. Will definitely use them again if we need new floors in the future.

These folks are professionals! Friendly, with lots of helpful advice if you need it and happy to take a step back if you don't. They take their time discussing all the options with you, don't rush you into anything, and treat you well whether you go with their fitting service or not. I never knew tile shopping could be this easy.

From start to finish it was a pleasure to work with everyone, they were courteous, efficient and professional...everything was on time and on price....I want to say a special thanks to Paul, John and Brian and the young girl in the show room that was very helpful....Everything went smoothly and according to plan, and we are now enjoying our new floor.
