Recently visited with my daughter. Dr. Charland's team was amazing - they accommodated us on the same day we called, they did a phenomenal job at listening to our situation, discussing our options and helping us decide on the best path forward. Once we agreed with how to proceed, Dr. Charland did a fantastic job setting our expectations with the procedure. This is a truly professional office and we are definitely bringing both our children here for all of their dental needs. 100% recommend this office.

My daughter is 9 years old and has Down syndrome. She loves going to Burlington pediatric dentistry. They are always respectful and patient with her.
We were just there today, and it was a great visit! The staff there are always so wonderful, caring and patient. They made sure my daughter felt safe and comfortable. I was very happy with the visit, and my daughter left happy, with a sparkling smile and feeling very proud of herself!

I highly recommend the Burlington Pediatric Dentistry office. We were referred here when my son, who was only five and a half at the time, needed fairly extensive dental work done. Everyone at the office was great, from the team at the front desk, to the hygienists and especially Dr. Daniel Charland. He took the time to explain the procedure, what to expect and then answered all of our questions. We have been coming here ever since for all of my son's cleaning and dentistry needs. The office is great and very kid friendly. There are tv's on the ceiling and cute little rewards for good patients

My wife called Burlington Pediatric Dentistry after our daughter had an accident at school. They responded very quickly and gave us a spot in less than 10 minutes. After our arrival, I took care of the paperwork and the nurse and the doctor saw her within 5 minutes. Her dental nurse was so sweet and gentle, that she took care of our daughter and put her at ease with no issues, so everything was smooth. She went the extra mile and even cleaned my daughter's shoes, that were stained with my daughter's blood.

I have brought my 7 year old son here a couple of times. What a well run Dental office! All of the staff were very nice, dentist was gentle and described what he was doing while working away on my sons teeth. Great environment, and great staff all around. After a couple of visits the original hygienist that looked at my sons teeth the first time checked in on us after not seeing her for a while. Very attentive. Highly recommend.

We have visited 8 different pediatric dentists across Canada, from west to east coast and I can say for sure that Burlington Pediatric Dentistry has been far the best of them all.
They are professional, accommodating, kind, and take good care of their little patients as well as the parents.
My daughter had GA surgery a few weeks ago and they made this daunting experience so much easier and stress free. They put effort into meeting the needs of my child (ASD ,development delay), communicated well and made the entire process enjoyable for us.

Took our son there for dental work, it ended up being extensive, and needed sedation to do the work. Dr Daniel and his team were fantastic the whole time.
They were on point with all the preemptive care and information, the work and care on the day of was excellent and their professionalism is unequalled. Follow that up with the check ins both from the hygienists during work hours, and Dr Daniel after hours, to make sure it son was recovering okay make us know we choose the right dental clinic.
I would highly recommend!!!

I recommend they lower their price! Many of the regular dental procedures like fillings, cleanings, check ups and etc are priced higher than your regular dentist! Don’t get me wrong but, the staff and service is great for the kids. But who can afford these prices? In 3 visits it has cost me over $1500, and I have 85% coverage on my benefits through sunlife! Based on these prices alone, I won’t be returning! I won’t go broke at the expense of a dentist. Please don’t take this as a negative, but the price is just too high for me.
